Aspen, a global leader in insurance and reinsurance services, has appointed Tony Bishop as Chief Data & Analytics Officer, effective immediately.
In this expanded role, Bishop will not only manage Aspen’s data and analytics strategy but also oversee the newly launched Data Labs and Architecture.
Aspen is renowned for delivering innovative risk management solutions to clients worldwide, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and optimize operations.
Bishop, who joined Aspen in 2022 as Head of Data & Analytics, brings extensive expertise in data strategy and execution. His career spans data and business intelligence engineering and architecture, providing him with the foundational knowledge necessary to design and implement enterprise-ready data platforms, governance, and education programs within the insurance sector.
In his new position, Bishop will report to Aspen Group Chief Operating Officer Rob Houghton. His leadership has already driven significant advancements in Aspen’s data and AI strategy, including an industry-first partnership with Microsoft to pilot Purview and the launch of Aspen Data Labs.
