Aon PLC said in its recent statement that it has added two senior tax experts to its transactional risk unit.
According to the statement, Mario Salandra, who recently worked in MUFG Bank Ltd., and Doug Brody, from Ernst & Young LLP, were named managing directors of tax insurance business development within the Aon Transaction Solutions unit.
New York-based Mr. Salandra was recently the managing director of global financial solutions with MUFG Bank.
Chicago-based Mr. Brody was a tax principal in the international tax and transaction practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Salandra and Mr. Brody will report to Gary Blitz co-CEO, global M&A and transaction solutions, and global head of tax insurance at Aon, the statement said.
