Beazley Security has announced the appointment of Stephanie Webb and Jason Deering as vice presidents, reinforcing its commitment to growth in the US and European markets.
Webb will lead the company’s sales efforts across the UK and Europe, while Deering will oversee client engagements in the Americas, including the US, Canada, and Latin America. Both executives will report directly to Erin Malone, the company’s chief revenue officer.
The appointments come following the need for additional client-facing leaders due to an expanding interest in the company’s integrated approach to cyber risk management.
The company’s leadership expansion follows other significant appointments, including William Powell, who joined in October to head Beazley’s global incident response and restoration services team. In August, Mandeep Gosal took on a leadership role in expanding services across Europe and was recently promoted to vice president of global professional services.
Beazley Security has experienced remarkable growth, more than quadrupling in size over the past 18 months. The global cybersecurity firm now operates in key regions including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, and France.
Webb joins the company from Proofpoint, where she was head of a team that dealt with critical cybersecurity challenges for enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. She has more than 30 years of experience, previously working for companies like Cisco, F5 Networks and Vodafone.
Deering most recently served as senior vice president of sales for Optiv Security, an information security company. He has 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, including roles at Symantec, McAfee and Websense.
These appointments reflect Beazley Security’s ongoing commitment to bolstering its global presence and delivering world-class cybersecurity solutions.
