Trucordia has announced the acquisition of the insurance business of Boater’s Insurance Agency, a firm renowned for its specialized insurance solutions within the marine industry.
The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Boater’s Insurance, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is licensed in all 50 states. Since its founding in 1989, the company has focused on developing specialized solutions for clients.
As part of its strategic growth plan, Trucordia continues to expand its portfolio by acquiring high-growth businesses to enhance its client service offerings.
In addition to this latest acquisition, Trucordia has recently acquired the insurance business of CADA Insurance Services in Louisiana. CADA Insurance operates multiple offices across the state, with locations in Baton Rouge, Chalmette, Gretna, and Kenner. The firm provides comprehensive coverage across various sectors, including auto, home, commercial, general liability, and workers’ compensation.
Formerly known as PCF Insurance Services, Trucordia is based in Lindon, Utah, and employs over 5,000 professionals across the United States.
