TrustCloud Secures $15M In Strategic Funding Round

TrustCloud, a leading security assurance platform for hybrid enterprises, has announced the successful completion of a $15 million strategic funding round. The investment was led by ServiceNow Ventures, with participation from Cisco Investments, Presidio Ventures, OpenView Venture Partners, Tola Capital, and existing investors.

Positioned at the intersection of FinTech and cybersecurity, TrustCloud delivers a purpose-built platform that reimagines governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) operations for enterprise CISOs. Its AI-driven solution integrates data across IT, business, and security systems to reduce manual workloads, mitigate financial risk, and enhance compliance efficiency.

The fresh capital will be used to expand TrustCloud’s enterprise go-to-market initiatives and channel partnerships. A key focus of the investment is further development of its AI capabilities, empowering CISOs with a unified, real-time view of security risk across the entire IT ecosystem.

Over the past year, TrustCloud has introduced several breakthrough technologies, including:

  • Hybrid Data Fabric: which consolidates data from over 100 SaaS tools
  • Continuous Control Monitoring (ConMon): Uses AI on its proprietary Control Graph to test and optimise controls
  • Assurance AI: which applies machine learning and NLP techniques to streamline risk and compliance workflows with high accuracy.

While the company described this round as strategic, prior fundraising details were not disclosed.

Today, over 1,000 companies rely on TrustCloud to manage security, privacy, and AI risks in both cloud-native and on-premise environments. Notable clients include Corelight, DataRobot, Dolby, DesktopMetal, Grafana, NetApp, and ServiceNow. The company reports an impressive 100% year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue for the past three years, with gross revenue retention above 98% and net retention exceeding 115%.
