AXA UK & Ireland and specialist Lloyd’s broker New Dawn Risk have both unveiled key leadership appointments, strengthening their senior teams.
AXA UK & Ireland Expands Leadership Team
AXA UK & Ireland has bolstered its management committee with the addition of two senior executives. Amanda Vaughan has rejoined the business as chief people officer, while Louise Isaacs has been appointed chief customer & communications officer. Both will report directly to CEO Tara Foley.
Vaughan returns to AXA after nearly 12 years in senior HR roles across the group, including positions as chief people officer at AXA Partners and chief talent & learning officer at AXA Group. Most recently, she served as group general manager for culture capability & talent at Westpac Bank. She succeeds Suzanne Scott, who is departing after a decade with the company.
Isaacs, who joined AXA in July, brings over 20 years of international experience in marketing, communications, and customer strategy. She has held senior roles at Barclays, Cigna, and American Express. At AXA, her remit will focus on driving customer engagement and strengthening brand positioning.
New Dawn Risk Strengthens Claims Expertise
New Dawn Risk has appointed Anthony Kerr as senior client manager and claims advocate. With more than 35 years of experience across the Lloyd’s and company markets, Kerr will focus on enhancing claims support for the firm’s professional liability clients.
Kerr previously served as claims manager at Munitus Insurance, St Paul Specialty Underwriting, Wellington Underwriting, Catlin, Brit, and Beazley. His expertise spans multi-jurisdictional claims across sectors including law firms, financial institutions, accountancy, and construction.
