Davies Names Adam Warwick As Group Chief Information Officer

Davies has appointed Adam Warwick as its new group chief information officer (CIO), effective October 6.

Warwick joins the specialist professional services and technology firm from Bravura, where he held the position of group chief technology and product officer. With more than 25 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles across the insurance and wealth management sectors, he has previously served as CIO at both Aviva and Zurich.

In his new role at Davies, Warwick will oversee the firm’s global technology strategy, including software development, cloud infrastructure, and investments in data and artificial intelligence. He will lead the senior technology leadership team, working alongside group chief AI officer Paul O’Brien, group chief product officer John Salt, and enterprise CIO Darren Martin. Warwick will report directly to group CEO Dan Saulter and join the group executive committee.

The appointment marks the latest in a series of leadership changes at Davies this year. Earlier in September, the firm named Mark DiMaio as head of capital markets to strengthen its consulting leadership team. DiMaio, formerly with Pelagic Strategic Partners LLC, is tasked with driving Davies’ global go-to-market strategy in banking and capital markets, with responsibilities spanning the US, Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.

In August, Davies appointed Richard Barke as CEO of its Insurance Solutions division, where he now oversees operations and growth strategy. Meanwhile, in July, James Ferris was named CEO of Davies’ captive management division, succeeding Nick Frost, who transitioned into the role of chairman.
