Stockton, who previously oversaw property services, subsidence claims, and general perils operations at Innovation Group, joins as Evolution continues to expand its client base among major UK insurers. The company’s transparent fixed-fee model and technology-driven approach have supported rapid growth, with its workforce doubling since 2020 and a recent move into larger offices.

Arch Insurance International has named Kevin Lumiste as senior construction underwriter in London.

Lumiste brings more than 25 years of underwriting expertise in power generation and complex risks, having held senior roles at SCOR, Zurich Global Corporate, and Starstone Insurance. Reporting to Tim Chapman, head of construction, he will focus on developing Arch’s global construction portfolio while enhancing service delivery for brokers and clients.

Allianz Benelux Realigns Leadership for Growth

The insurer has created a new chief P&C officer role, appointing Jeroen den Tex, former Chubb Benelux country president, to lead underwriting, claims, and technical excellence across the region. In addition, Heidi Cortois will step into the role of chief sales officer for Belgium in October, bringing extensive experience from NN Belgium, Crelan, and Marsh & McLennan.

These appointments form part of the Allianz Commercial integration, designed to streamline operations and strengthen broker engagement across the Benelux markets.

Commercial Express Targets Ambitious Growth
UK MGA Commercial Express has named Paul Webley as director of sales and distribution, effective November.
