Bridger Insurance Partners With Radity To Launch Next-Generation Distribution Platform

Radity, a Swiss-based InsurTech company known for its digital insurance solutions and cloud-based services, has been selected by Bridger Insurance Services to develop a next-generation distribution platform aimed at modernising its operations and supporting expansion across new markets.

The initiative comes as Bridger Insurance Services extends its non-standard auto insurance offerings into additional U.S. states. The new platform will streamline key functions such as agent onboarding, quoting, and policy servicing—reducing manual processes and accelerating response times for customers.

Radity specialises in delivering tailored technology platforms that optimise agency management, commission structures, hierarchy workflows, and customer experience for insurers. The company’s scalable, cloud-based solutions are designed to improve operational efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning for insurance carriers and agencies alike.

The upcoming distribution platform will consolidate agency, commission, and hierarchy management into a unified system, allowing Bridger to phase out several legacy tools. Agents will benefit from faster, more seamless workflows, while customers can expect a smoother quote-to-bind experience.

Designed with scalability and precision in mind, the platform will feature multi-tier support, granular access controls, VIN-based data intake, and licence-aware logic. More than 20 integrations are planned to enhance functionality and connectivity across systems.

Beyond the core platform, Radity will also build a mobile claims app, provide cloud infrastructure, and offer staff augmentation services to bolster Bridger’s growth strategy. The flexible architecture will enable Bridger to customise workflows and agent journeys as the company continues its expansion into new markets.
