Tokio Marine Kiln Appoints Olivia Jackson As Cyber Underwriter

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Olivia Jackson as a cyber underwriter within its cyber and enterprise risk team, further strengthening its cyber underwriting capabilities.

Jackson joins from Liberty Specialty Markets, where she was responsible for managing renewal portfolios and generating new business across a broad range of territories, industries and account sizes, spanning both primary and excess coverage. During her time at Liberty, she oversaw the MENA portfolio for the London and Dubai teams and played a key role in developing strategic broker relationships.

Her appointment follows the launch of TMK’s flagship TMK Cyber Ctrl proposition and the market-first Enterprise Ctrl product, as the insurer continues to invest in expanding its cyber offering. Recent hires, including Cesar Silvestre as head of reinsurance solutions and Lucy Fraser as cyber risk analyst, underline TMK’s focus on building a comprehensive cyber platform to meet growing global demand.

Elsewhere in the business, TMK has also appointed Adele Beresford as an underwriter in its life sciences team. Reporting to head of life sciences Kirsten Shastri, Beresford’s appointment enhances TMK’s underwriting expertise in a sector facing increasing exposure to clinical trial liabilities, product recalls and regulatory scrutiny.

In addition, TMK has recruited Harry Gregory to its liability team, where he will report to department head Oliver Delaney. Gregory joins from Marsh and brings experience in managing multinational programmes across the energy, power and renewables sectors, areas that continue to experience heightened underwriting complexity driven by rising litigation risk and evolving ESG expectations.
