Loop, a full-stack, vertically integrated AI platform focused on logistics and supply chains, has secured $95 million in a Series C funding round to scale its capabilities across a broader range of enterprise applications and strengthen its engineering depth.
The funding round was led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund, with additional participation from 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Tao Capital Partners.
Loop plans to use the capital to expand its platform capabilities while investing in top-tier AI talent to enhance its product development and engineering strength.
The investment comes at a time of increasing volatility in global supply chains. Businesses are grappling with rising tariffs, higher energy costs, and the need to diversify supplier networks, alongside persistent challenges such as legacy infrastructure, fragmented data, and limited operational and financial visibility. Loop maintains that companies need a more reliable data foundation to sustain performance, unlock working capital, and make informed strategic decisions.
Central to Loop’s platform is DUX, a suite of AI models and agents specifically designed for logistics and supply chain operations. DUX leverages document processing, data integration, and domain expertise to ingest, standardise, and contextualise information from a wide array of systems and documents. This enables organisations to gain a unified view of their supply chains, supporting automation and more effective decision-making.
The platform enables businesses to transform fragmented operational and financial data into enhanced visibility, improved cost control, and better decision-making across logistics, finance, and supply chain workflows. Loop’s customer base includes Outset Medical, Clemens Food Group, Olipop, Kendra Scott, and Dot Foods.
Looking ahead, Loop is expanding into additional data domains and use cases, including supplier management, trade and compliance, warehousing, procurement, and inbound logistics. The company is also strengthening integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, TMS, WMS, and order management platforms.
A company representative noted that Loop’s AI systems are transforming previously fragmented and inaccessible data into actionable intelligence that enhances cost efficiency, operational processes, and working capital management. This capability, they added, positions Loop to evolve into a central intelligence layer across the entire supply chain ecosystem.
