Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC), a global consultancy focused on financial services, has entered into an agreement to acquire Elgin White Limited, a consultancy specialising in investment technology and platform delivery services.
The acquisition strengthens Alpha FMC’s investment platform transformation capabilities by adding extensive implementation and delivery expertise, particularly in Charles River Development (CRD).
The move comes shortly after Alpha FMC’s acquisition of JPSB, which enhanced the company’s SimCorp expertise. Together, the acquisitions significantly expand Alpha FMC’s capabilities across leading investment platform providers and further position the firm as a specialist adviser for large-scale, multi-platform transformation initiatives.
Elgin White brings more than 25 years of experience supporting global financial institutions and operates with a team of over 100 consultants across four continents. The company is widely recognised for its expertise in CRD professional services and for delivering complex platform transformation projects.
Following the transaction, the combined business will be better positioned to support clients with front-, middle-, and back-office transformation programmes by leveraging the sector knowledge and delivery strengths of both firms.
The acquisition is expected to complete in the coming weeks, subject to customary closing conditions.
