LTY SA Secures Growth Investment From Akiden Ventures

Swiss insurance broker and technology provider LTY SA has secured growth equity from Akiden Ventures SA to expand its independent brokerage model and proprietary digital platform across French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.

Based in Sion, LTY plans to use the investment to strengthen its national presence and scale its technology-driven brokerage services. The financial terms of the transaction, including the investment amount and the stake acquired by Akiden Ventures, have not been disclosed.

Following the deal, LTY founder Betim Ramosaj will remain the company’s reference shareholder and continue to lead the business. Akiden Ventures will hold a minority stake, while LTY has stated that the investment will not compromise its independence or affect its existing client relationships.

Founded in 2013, LTY combines traditional insurance brokerage services with proprietary digital technology that operates independently of individual insurers’ systems. Its platform provides customers with dedicated digital spaces, allowing them to access services without being tied to a single insurance provider.

The company employs 15 people and serves more than 10,000 individual clients and over 700 businesses. Its growth has also been supported by acquisitions, including the client portfolios of four brokers: RL Libery, Assurtag, PartenaGroup and SPS.

In 2025, LTY introduced a version of its digital platform tailored to corporate customers. The company is also developing an in-house artificial intelligence module in collaboration with research institute Idiap, with support from Fondation The Ark. The initiative aims to help clients manage risks more proactively.

Founded in 2016 by Steve Savioz, Akiden Ventures provides investment capital and operational support to the management teams of its portfolio companies.
