David Deal has joined OneShield’s executive team, as Chief Legal Officer, as the company continues to expand
David Deal has been named Chief Legal Officer of OneShield Software, which provides solutions for P&C insurers and MGAs of all sizes (CLO).
Deal joins the OneShield team after serving as the CLO and COO of Trv, a global insurtech firm recently acquired by Travelers Insurance.

He has worked at nearly every level of the insurance and insurance-technology industries over the last 20 years, including being a licenced broker for admitted and surplus lines in every state in the United States, being appointed as special counsel by the General Counsel of the largest workers’ compensation carrier in the United States, and managing legal matters in 40 countries.
