Aviva has announced the launch of Aviva Risk Training Solutions (ARTS), a new digital learning platform designed to enhance businesses’ risk management capabilities through accessible, expert-led training.
Developed in collaboration with global technology company SafetyCulture, the platform is aimed at Aviva’s commercial clients and provides microlearning modules based on more than 250 of Aviva’s loss prevention standards. ARTS gives users free access to a growing library of courses covering critical risk areas such as flooding, security, cyber threats, lithium-ion battery safety, and sustainability.
At launch, the platform features 25 live courses, with over 50 additional modules currently in development. Built as a mobile-first solution and also available via desktop, ARTS is designed to evolve in step with emerging global risks, enabling organisations to benchmark against international standards and embed risk management best practices into their daily operations.
The initiative marks an extension of Aviva’s longstanding partnership with SafetyCulture, which began in 2018 and deepened during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the two companies provided free training and risk management tools to help businesses navigate unprecedented challenges.
According to Aviva, around 44,000 individuals have already completed Aviva courses through SafetyCulture’s platform.
Commenting on the launch, Alexander Brooks-Sykes, Head of Strategic Sales at SafetyCulture, said:
“At SafetyCulture, we’re focused on helping teams turn good intentions into real action. Our partnership with Aviva takes that ambition forward by combining trusted risk expertise with practical, easy-to-use learning. Together, we’re helping businesses make safety and risk awareness part of everyday culture, not just a compliance exercise.”
Aviva confirmed that further rollouts are planned across multiple markets, with ARTS set to play a key role in supporting Aviva’s Global Risk Management Solutions strategy.
