BMS Group, an independent insurance and reinsurance broker, has appointed Hannah Watkins as the UK Chief Growth Officer. Effective immediately, Watkins will work from the London office, reporting to Ian Gormley, CEO of BMS Group UK.
In her new capacity, Watkins will spearhead the firm’s client-focused growth strategy and oversee business origination efforts across London. Her role is pivotal in bolstering the UK market and supporting the company’s objectives in the US and other international markets. Additionally, Watkins will focus on enhancing the company’s cultural values and strengthening relationships with carriers to solidify BMS’s global market position.
Watkins has been with BMS for over 12 years, starting as the Director of Risk Solutions and most recently serving as Managing Director at BMS Re. Before joining BMS, she was an Associate at Jardine Lloyd Thomson Group and Glencairn, each for six years.
