Broadway Insurance Partners has appointed Lauren Winstanley (pictured) as group development director, further strengthening its leadership team as the firm continues to expand across the UK.
In her new role, Winstanley will be responsible for driving growth across both direct and indirect business lines, with a focus on developing strategic ambassadorships and partnership opportunities across the group.
Winstanley joined Broadway Insurance Partners in 2022 as a client executive, providing advice to high-net-worth individuals and families across the North of England. She subsequently transitioned to the firm’s corporate division, where she advised organisations with large-scale and complex domestic and international risk requirements.
She brings 24 years of industry experience to the role, combining deep technical knowledge with a strong commercial approach.

The appointment comes during a period of strong performance for Broadway Insurance Partners. The group recently reported 66% growth in gross written premium in its latest results, alongside significant year-on-year increases in policy count and total assets under cover.
The firm has also expanded its senior leadership team with several recent appointments, including a director of risk protection and a managing partner for its new Lancashire office, as part of a wider strategy to strengthen its regional footprint.
