Two insurance businesses have announced key leadership changes aimed at driving growth and strengthening strategic direction.
CEC adds new board members
Claims Equilibrium Club (CEC), the specialist claims support provider, has promoted Christine Thomson and Paul Nicholson to its board of directors.
Thomson, now operations director, and Nicholson, now sales and marketing director, have been integral members of the business for several years, working closely alongside founder and managing director Roger Topping. Their appointments reflect CEC’s focus on enhancing its operational and commercial strategy.
Verlingue strengthens employee benefits division
Meanwhile, Verlingue UK has expanded its employee benefits leadership team with the appointment of Melissa Liddicoat as deputy sales director.
Liddicoat brings over a decade of experience in insurance and health benefits, having previously held senior roles at AXA Global Health, Gallagher, and Aon, where she led business development for the large mid-market team.
In her new role, she will be responsible for client development, leading teams, and supporting national sales performance, as well as representing Verlingue’s employee benefits proposition in the wider market.
