Insurance distributor CRC Group has expanded its team with the appointment of Sarah Hoyle, Molly Jones, and Ryan Soliday
In Tampa, Florida, Sarah Hoyle joins CRC’s Bayport office as an underwriting team leader. Hoyle brings extensive experience to the role, transitioning from her previous position as a personal lines underwriter with Burns & Wilcox. She also spent over five years at National Risk Solutions.
Molly Jones steps into her role as a casualty broker at CRC’s Seattle, Washington office. With over 25 years of industry experience, Jones previously served as a client relationship leader at AXA XL and has held senior positions at Everest Insurance, AIG, and Zurich.
Ryan Soliday has been appointed as a casualty broker in CRC’s Minneapolis, Minnesota office. Soliday brings a wealth of experience in financial crimes risk management from his tenure at Wells Fargo and 12 years of service with the City of Brooklyn Center.
In addition to these recent hires, CRC has brought on several other professionals to bolster its growing team. Notable appointments include Mike Worman as senior vice president in Reno, Nevada; Davon Fields as a broker in Birmingham, Alabama; Donnie Waters as senior team leader in Bayport; and Sean Kenny as senior vice president and broker in Houston, Texas.
Other recent additions to the CRC team include Travis McCleary as underwriting team leader in Seattle, Rudie Heling in Carmel, Indiana, Sam Rector in Nashville, Tennessee, and Chris Young in Alpharetta, Georgia. CRC has also expanded its Bayport office with the addition of Joseph Carothers, Craig Brown, Michael Rockhill, Joyce Carlton, and Craig Anderson. Additional hires include Sarah McKenna in San Francisco, Greg DiPrato in New York, and Brad Rickey in Indianapolis.
In tandem with these new appointments, CRC has implemented several organizational changes, including an executive leadership restructure within its commercial solutions operations. Furthermore, the integration of Atlanta-based INSUREtrust into CRC’s wholesale brokerage division has resulted in the formation of a specialized cyber practice unit.
Placing more than $40 billion in annual premiums, CRC employs over 5,000 people.
