DUAL North America, a Howden-owned company, has announced the appointment of Scott Noerr as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). This strategic move is part of DUAL’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its IT capabilities and delivering superior service to its clients.
Noerr brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving innovation and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions across various organizational settings. His primary focus will be on leading the development and integration of advanced technology systems that are crucial to supporting DUAL’s business objectives.
In his new role, Noerr will oversee DUAL’s entire technology team, including the heads of production applications, technology research and development, IT infrastructure, and corporate applications.
