Duck Creek Technologies has bolstered its global sales leadership team with the appointment of three senior executives, underscoring its commitment to driving growth and transformation in the insurance technology sector.
The new appointees include William Magowan as Senior Vice President of North American Sales, Elodie Hilderal as Managing Director of EMEA, and Christian Erickson as Managing Director of APAC. These leaders will play pivotal roles in advancing Duck Creek’s global strategy to expand market presence and enhance customer experiences worldwide.
William Magowan, returning to Duck Creek after a previous tenure, brings over 20 years of experience in insurance technology sales. Recognized for his ability to build high-performance teams and foster customer-centric innovation, Magowan will spearhead sales efforts across North America.
Elodie Hilderal previously served as Duck Creek’s vice president of sales. Hilderal brings 15 years of expertise across sales, professional services, and customer success, particularly within the insurance and reinsurance software sectors.
Christian Erickson joins Duck Creek as Managing Director for the APAC region, bringing more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud technology, and cybersecurity. Having held leadership roles at Cognizant and Accenture, Erickson has a proven track record of fostering growth and delivering customer success in the finance and insurance industries.
