In-Person Event
Navigating Talent Acquisition & Retention Challenges in the Nonprofit Sector

                                                Event Overview

Nonprofits are competing for talent with every for-profit out there. It has been challenging to maintain a stable workforce. Attracting younger talent is particularly difficult; there's a widespread perception that nonprofit roles lack career growth and stability. Additionally, limited budgets for competitive salaries and bonuses hinder recruitment efforts. The result is potentially stifled and slow innovation.

In this session, we will explore the complexities of finding individuals with the innate motivation to succeed, the appropriate experience, and a genuine affinity for the cause or mission.

How can nonprofits overcome these barriers and thrive in an increasingly competitive landscape?  We will have panelists from Save the Children and Unicef.

Let's network, explore these issues together, and share strategies that help nonprofits succeed in this area. A light refreshment will be served.
