Evolution Claims Management Relocates To Modern Headquarters To Support Growth

Evolution Claims Management has relocated to a new headquarters space as part of its continued expansion, marking another milestone in its growth journey.

The West Midlands-based company, which has been delivering technology-led claims handling solutions for major UK insurance brands since 2016, has moved to a newly refurbished floor within its Hagley Road West offices in Oldbury. The upgraded premises are designed to provide a contemporary, functional working environment that supports its expanding team.

According to Crewe, the move reflects the company’s commitment to investing in its people. The bright, open-plan layout has encouraged greater social interaction among staff, fostered themed office events, and prompted more employees to work on-site up to three days a week. The new workspace also incorporates environmentally friendly features, including sensor-activated lighting and an upgraded air conditioning system, reducing both energy consumption and the company’s carbon footprint.

Evolution Claims Management operates on a fixed-fee model for insurers, ensuring charges remain consistent regardless of repair costs. The relocation follows recent investments in talent development, including the appointment of a talent development manager and the introduction of management training programmes.

The company has also expanded its service offering with the launch of Evo Subsidence—an initiative focused on accelerating diagnostics and repairs for subsidence claims. This proposition aims to shorten claim lifecycles, cut costs, and improve the customer experience. In support of this, Evolution appointed Jim Pittman as Head of Professional Services, responsible for overseeing loss adjusting and surveying for complex claims, as well as leading the Evo Subsidence strategy.
