Kira Butler and Christian Cole have joined the company with a focus on enhancing client relationships and expanding FIRST’s presence in the premium finance market.
Butler, who brings over 16 years of insurance industry experience, will be part of the Southeast team. Her career has included key roles in marketing, product training, and business development at Burns & Wilcox and Southern Fidelity Capitol Preferred. Based in Miami, Butler will leverage her deep expertise in insurance products and marketing strategies to drive success in her new role at FIRST. She expressed excitement about joining the company, emphasizing her appreciation for FIRST’s client-centric philosophy.
Christian Cole joins FIRST’s West team with more than 20 years of experience in premium finance. His background includes significant achievements in new business development, agency relations, and underwriting, with previous positions at BankDirect Capital Finance and Capital Premium Financing. Cole, who is based in Draper, Utah, highlighted the company’s dedication to both employees and clients as a key factor in his decision to come on board, particularly noting the extensive range of products and services offered by FIRST.
