GrowthPal Raises $2.6m To Accelerate AI-Driven M&A Platform And Global Expansion

GrowthPal, an AI-powered M&A software provider specialising in deal sourcing and execution, has raised $2.6m to accelerate platform development and expand its international footprint.

The funding round was led by Ideaspring Capital, with participation from a group of prominent global angel investors. The capital will be deployed to enhance product capabilities and support GrowthPal’s expansion across the US and other key international markets.

GrowthPal aims to move M&A away from traditional, relationship-led processes by introducing AI-driven reasoning that enables teams to progress from strategy to execution in days rather than months.

Positioned as an intelligent M&A copilot, the platform allows buyers to define a specific growth objective, such as acquiring a new capability or entering a new geography. GrowthPal converts this into a structured acquisition thesis, which is executed by AI agents scanning an enriched database of more than four million technology companies. These agents assess signals including public filings, web activity, hiring trends and funding histories to identify a curated list of high-fit, often off-market targets aligned with the buyer’s mandate.

“Teams spend weeks researching, filtering and pursuing opportunities that ultimately go nowhere. We built GrowthPal to help buyers focus on high-intent, high-fit targets and move from mandate to meaningful conversations much faster,” the company said.
