On February 7, Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, announced the acquisition of assets from Mayfield Insurance, Inc. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Mooresville, Indiana, Mayfield Insurance is an independent agency offering a range of insurance solutions, including commercial and personal coverage for life, home, auto, and property. As part of the acquisition, the Mayfield Insurance team, along with its president, Dean Mayfield, will join Hub Midwest East. The agency will now operate as Mayfield Insurance, a Hub International Company.

This acquisition is the latest in a series of strategic expansions by Hub International. Earlier this month, the company announced the acquisition of assets from Lindenwood Agency Inc. and John L. Kiley Agency Inc. In January, Hub also acquired Woods Insurance Services, an independent agency in New Mexico, and Byrnes Agency, Inc.
