Hub International Limited, a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has announced the acquisition of the assets of Meyer & Rosenbaum, Inc., a well-established provider of commercial and personal insurance based in Meridian, Mississippi.
Although the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition marks a strategic move to bolster Hub’s regional presence and expand its specialty capabilities. Meyer & Rosenbaum is known for delivering tailored insurance solutions across a broad spectrum of industries—a strength that aligns well with Hub’s focus on customized service offerings.
As part of the integration, Bruce Martin, President of Meyer & Rosenbaum, along with his entire team, will join Hub Gulf South. The firm will continue operating under its current name, now as Meyer & Rosenbaum, a Hub International company.
Sica Fletcher served as the financial advisor to Meyer & Rosenbaum throughout the transaction.
This acquisition is part of Hub’s ongoing growth strategy, aimed at reinforcing its national footprint and enhancing service delivery across multiple markets.
The addition of Meyer & Rosenbaum is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions by Hub International. The firm also recently acquired Dansig Inc., which operates as Dansig Insurance Risk Advisors in Decatur, Illinois. Dansig specializes in employee benefits services, as well as commercial and personal insurance, helping clients control insurance costs, mitigate risk, and improve employee engagement. Terms of this deal were also not disclosed.
In another move to strengthen its presence in the Midwest, Hub acquired the assets of Yavitz Insurance Group, a privately owned agency based in St. Louis, Missouri. Established in 1921, Yavitz has built a strong reputation for offering comprehensive insurance solutions for both individuals and businesses.
These strategic acquisitions reflect Hub International’s continued commitment to delivering robust risk management and financial solutions across diverse sectors and geographic regions.
