HW Kaufman Group, a leading private insurance organization, has announced the appointment of Danny Kaufman and Jodie Kaufman Davis as co-presidents, marking a new chapter in the company’s leadership structure. The expanded roles will divide management responsibilities across Kaufman’s global portfolio, while Alan Jay Kaufman will continue to serve as chairman and CEO.
“I am very proud of Danny and Jodie – the evolution of our company is a direct result of their strategic vision, their passion for this business and their shared desire to see Kaufman thrive under the next generation and beyond.”
Danny Kaufman, who currently serves as president of Burns & Wilcox in the United States, will also oversee the Burns & Wilcox brokerage and Canadian divisions, with existing leadership reporting to him.
Meanwhile, Jodie Kaufman Davis will step into the role of vice chair of Atain Insurance Companies, while retaining oversight of RB Jones. She will also continue managing Kaufman’s businesses outside of North America.
Additionally, earlier this year, Jodie Kaufman Davis was honored with the Trailblazer Award for philanthropic excellence and industry leadership from the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Midwest Division during its 13th annual Blazing the Trail Benefit. The award highlights her dedication to philanthropy and her leadership in advancing inclusion initiatives within Kaufman and the broader insurance industry.
