IMA Financial Group has announced a new partnership with FC Underwriters LLC, which will become a division of IMA’s Eydent Insurance Services LLC.
Eydent Insurance Services, a subsidiary of IMA, specializes in offering commercial property and casualty alternative risk solutions for specialty niche programs across the nation. Their services include program management, policy issuance, loss control, claims assistance, program marketing, carrier alignment, and comprehensive systems support for agents and carriers.
FC Underwriters, a full-service managing general agent, provides turnkey services such as underwriting and claims administration. This partnership will strengthen IMA’s presence in the Midwest and introduce a new partner that aligns with their business growth and expansion strategies.
The MGA comprises four businesses: Grand River Insurance Agency, Grand River Services, Stone Falls Insurance, and Bridge Excess Solutions.

MarshBerry Capital LLC will act as FC Underwriters’ financial advisor for this transaction. This partnership marks IMA’s second strategic acquisition in 2024, following their acquisition of RiskPoint Insurance Partners LLC.
