Broadstone Enhances DC Proposition Leadership

Broadstone has appointed Kelly Parsons as Head of Defined Contribution (DC) Proposition. Parsons, who joins from Mercer Marsh Benefits, brings more than 24 years of experience in pensions and employee benefits consulting.
In her new role, she will lead the continued evolution of Broadstone’s DC pension offering, focusing on innovation, member engagement, and provider research. The appointment comes amid significant expansion within Broadstone’s Employee Benefits Consulting division as the firm broadens its workplace savings footprint.

MAXIS GBN Promotes Allepuz to Drive EMEA Growth

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has elevated Damian Allepuz to Regional Director for EMEA. Previously serving as Regional Manager for Western Europe, Allepuz will now oversee outbound business development across the region. He will lead teams supporting multinational clients, intermediaries, and network partners, furthering MAXIS GBN’s international growth objectives.

Blenheim Partnerships Expands into Cyber

Blenheim Partnerships has named Geoff Pryor-White to head its newly established cyber division. With nearly 30 years of experience in cyber and technology E&O underwriting, Pryor-White is well positioned to spearhead the firm’s expansion into the cyber insurance market. He previously founded Tarian Underwriting, which was acquired by Corvus Insurance in 2022.

SRG Launches International Subsidiary Placement Team

Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has created a new team within its International division to support global clients and brokers in placing insurance programs for UK subsidiaries of overseas corporates. The team will offer centralized coordination for placements, ensuring alignment between UK compliance standards and parent-company insurance programs.
