Broking firm iRevolution Group is launching two facilities which would enhance the way insurance brokers transact industry with their clients.
The early facility is iRevolution Extra, which provides brokers with a means to sell add-on products directly to policyholders at the point of sale on their respective websites, and it can immediately generate crucial policy documents. The online portal gives brokers access to purchase add-on insurance in real-time and the capability to track occurring policies and their sales.
Add-on products available through iRevolution Extras include motor legal, excess protection, breakdown, ensured hire vehicle, windscreen cover, and family legal expenses. According to a release, the products are being made available to both private and retail clients.
iRevolution Claims is the other facility. It is a service that provides brokers with the first notification of casualty claims, enabling them to stay on top of their clients’ needs.
To oversee the two businesses, iRevolution Group has tapped David Muirhead to serve as director for both iRevolution Extra and evolution Claims.
“We’re excited about the launch of both iRevolution Extra and evolution Claims and the products we are giving our customers and brokers,” said Muirhead. “At evolution, we aim to deliver a simple and professional service to our broker partners, and their customers.”
Muirhead added that evolution aims to build long term relationships with its business partners and that it thinks that both excellent customer service and transparency are keys to success.
