This newly formed entity is focused on offering premium insurance solutions, particularly for prestige and high-performance vehicles. Additionally, they plan to provide specialized coverage for home, contents, life, and commercial risks. They intend to leverage the John Clark Motor Group’s reputation as a premium motor trade partner while simultaneously establishing a nationwide distribution network for the new brokerage.

John Clark Motor Group, boasting more than 1,300 employees spread across 38 locations and an annual turnover exceeding £910 million, is partnering with the spinoff brokerage, which is projected by Provenance to achieve a multi-million-pound gross written premium.
