Two prominent players in the UK insurance market have recently made key leadership appointments to strengthen their operations.
Evolution Claims Management
Evolution Claims Management, a specialist in handling claims for UK insurance providers, has announced the appointment of Donna Quarrell as its new Director of Operations. In this role, Quarrell will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational processes as it continues to expand.
Quarrell brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She most recently served as Head of Service Delivery at Innovation Group UK, and has also held the position of Operations Manager at both the same provider and Aviva.
Her appointment is part of a broader wave of new talent joining Evolution Claims Management, including Jim Pittman, who was recently hired as Head of Professional Services to manage larger and more complex claims.

Concirrus, a leading provider of AI-driven insurance solutions, has appointed Steve O’Reilly as its new Product Manager. O’Reilly brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having held senior positions at Miller and PPL in the past. He will be responsible for leading product development efforts, with a focus on enhancing underwriting processes.
