Lockton Re has appointed Eric Paire as the head of its Capital Advisory Practice in London, where he will collaborate with the company’s global teams to deliver tailored solutions.
In his new role, Paire will oversee Lockton Re’s global capital advisory initiatives, leading a team of 10 specialists dedicated to providing customized solutions for re/insurance clients. Additionally, he will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in France and other French-speaking markets.
Paire emphasizes that offering bespoke solutions is critical in helping re/insurance companies optimize their capital needs to support business growth effectively.
Bringing over 30 years of industry experience, Paire joins Lockton Re following nearly seven years as head of Capital Advisory at Aon. Previously, he held leadership roles at Guy Carpenter, serving as head of Global Partners & Strategic Advisory EMEA and as a director at GC Securities. His extensive career also includes positions at Scor, Le Blanc de Nicolay, and AXA Re. Additionally, Paire co-founded two startups, Nexgen Financial Holdings and NessPa, and served as a director at Perils AG.
His appointment follows the recent addition of Sabrina Veau, who joined the Capital Advisory team as a senior broker in December last year.
