Miller Strengthens Data Capabilities With Appointment Of Paul Lineham As Head Of Data

Miller has named Paul Lineham as its new head of data, reinforcing the firm’s focus on data-driven services amid intensifying competitive pressures across the re/insurance market.

In his new role, Lineham will oversee Miller’s data strategy, including how data is gathered, organised and applied throughout the business. He will be responsible for enhancing technological solutions, driving operational efficiency, and promoting data-led decision making across internal teams and client-facing functions.

Lineham brings more than three decades of experience in data and technology roles spanning insurance, manufacturing and consulting. He was most recently head of data architecture at Beazley and previously served as group head of data – platforms at Howden. Earlier in his career, he delivered large-scale data environments for organisations such as Hitachi Consulting and HSO.

Miller continues to prioritise analytics, technology and innovation within its broking operations. Working closely with senior leadership, Lineham will help advance these initiatives and support the firm’s broader strategic ambitions.
