Cybersecurity platform Oneleet has raised $33 million in a Series A funding round led by Dawn Capital, with participation from high-profile investors including former Snowflake and ServiceNow CEO Frank Slootman, Dropbox co-founder Arash Ferdowsi, Y Combinator, and several founders and CISOs.
Founded by veteran penetration testers with experience breaching Fortune 500 and government systems, Oneleet was built to tackle what it terms “compliance theatre” — the industry’s tendency to pursue certifications like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 primarily to close deals, rather than to strengthen actual security.
The company’s unified platform integrates essential cybersecurity tools — from penetration testing and code scanning to cloud security posture management, MDM, training and monitoring. Oneleet claims this consolidated approach delivers genuine protection, enabling organizations to achieve compliance more efficiently and effectively.
