osapiens, a provider of enterprise software focused on enabling sustainable growth, has secured $100m in Series C funding, elevating the company to unicorn status.
The round is led by Decarbonization Partners, a joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek, and remains subject to regulatory approval. The investment builds on strong existing shareholder support, including Goldman Sachs Alternatives, which led osapiens’ $120m Series B round in 2024, and Armira Growth, which led the company’s $27m Series A in 2023.
Proceeds from the Series C financing will be used to accelerate product innovation and support osapiens’ expansion across both existing and new international markets, as the company looks to further strengthen its position as a global platform for sustainable growth.
osapiens provides enterprise software that enables organisations to manage regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives and operational efficiency across the entire value chain through a single, integrated platform. Its osapiens HUB offers more than 25 enterprise-grade solutions, delivered via a multi-tenant infrastructure designed to support AI-driven automation and seamless cross-company collaboration.
Commenting on the funding, the company said the investment highlights continued global investor confidence in sustainable growth and AI-led efficiency. “Decarbonization Partners is an exceptional partner for us. With its strong focus on sustainability, alongside the global reach and investment expertise of BlackRock and Temasek, the partnership brings the scale and perspective we need for our next phase of growth as we work towards becoming the undisputed global category leader in sustainable enterprise growth.”
Matthias Jungblut, co-founder and co-CEO of osapiens, added: “Decarbonization Partners understands both the regulatory dynamics companies face today and the business opportunity created by AI-driven efficiency. Their deep experience in scaling category-defining technology companies makes them an ideal strategic fit alongside Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Armira Growth.”
Decarbonization Partners said: “Enterprises around the world are seeking trusted, scalable software to meet rising regulatory, sustainability and decarbonisation expectations. osapiens’ platform provides the clarity organisations need to operate responsibly while continuing to grow.”
