Jennifer DeGeorge, a certified insurance counselor at Vizance Insurance, has been honored as the 2024 PIA National CSR of the Year.
This prestigious award, presented annually by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA), celebrates exceptional customer service representatives working for PIA member insurance agencies. It acknowledges individuals who have significantly enhanced the operations of their agencies.
DeGeorge received the award during the PIA’s Mid-Year Leadership Conference in Virginia.
Jeffrey Cardenas, President of Vizance, praised DeGeorge’s achievement, highlighting her consistent commitment to excellence in her role.
“Her professionalism, coupled with a genuine desire to assist and support our clients, distinguishes her as an outstanding customer service representative,” Cardenas remarked.
DeGeorge expressed her enthusiasm for her work, stating, “Insurance isn’t everyone’s favorite necessity, but my goal is to change that outlook one positive interaction at a time.”
The PIA of Wisconsin also applauded DeGeorge for her dedication to her profession, colleagues, and clients.
DeGeorge was awarded the PIA National CSR of the Year title after being named Wisconsin’s outstanding CSR of the year.
