World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA) proudly welcomes Renae Flanders as its newest Chief Financial Officer, marking a significant milestone in the company’s leadership team.
Renae Flanders brings with her a wealth of experience, boasting an impressive career spanning three decades in executive financial management. Her journey commenced as a Senior Accountant at Johnson & Higgins, now recognized as Marsh Inc. Over the years, she honed her expertise at Aon, where she held various pivotal roles for 24 years. These roles included Director of Finance, Managing Director of Finance focusing on client profitability and segmentation, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Regional Managing Director for the East and Greater NY regions, and Chief Operating Officer for the construction services group.
Notably, Flanders has recently showcased her talents as CFO/COO and Interim CEO, alongside her tenure as a board member at Private Health Management. Holding the prestigious title of Certified Public Accountant, she earned her MBA from St. Joseph’s University, following her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Expressing her enthusiasm for her new role, Flanders remarked on the exciting prospects ahead for WIA, emphasizing her eagerness to contribute to the company’s trajectory of growth and innovation.
