Rillet, a purpose-built AI-native ERP platform for modern finance teams, has raised $70 million in a Series B funding round. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with additional participation from Sequoia Capital, Oak HC/FT, and existing backers.
As part of the investment, Alex Rampell, General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, and Seth Pierrepont, General Partner at ICONIQ, will join Rillet’s board.
Rillet is on a mission to reimagine enterprise resource planning for the finance function. Traditional ERP systems often rely on spreadsheets and siloed third-party tools, but Rillet takes a fundamentally different approach. Its platform embeds artificial intelligence at the core, offering real-time collaboration, automated workflows, and instant, actionable insights. Since launch, the company has onboarded more than 200 customers, many of whom report cutting their financial close times in half.
The new funding will accelerate Rillet’s product development, with a focus on enhancing its AI capabilities and deepening integrations across the FinTech ecosystem. The company plans to build a collaborative platform where finance professionals and AI agents work in tandem to drive smarter business decisions and elevate financial performance.
This latest raise comes just ten weeks after Rillet’s $25 million Series A, also led by Sequoia, bringing the total capital raised to over $100 million in under a year. The company is experiencing rapid growth—its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has doubled in the last 12 weeks alone.
Rillet has also secured partnerships with leading accounting firms including Armanino and Wiss, and is already supporting high-growth companies like Postscript and Windsurf. Postscript, which generates more than $100 million in ARR globally, reportedly closes its books in just three days using Rillet. Windsurf, another rapidly scaling customer, runs its entire finance function with a lean two-person team, powered by Rillet.
Commenting on the investment, Alex Rampell said, “Finance teams deserve the same AI advantages that have revolutionized sales, engineering, and legal.”
With this latest funding round, Rillet has now raised over $100 million in less than a year, building on its $25 million Series A.
