Global reinsurance firm Stephens Rickard Ltd has expanded into US and hired Audry Torrence to lead the company’s reinsurancdde executive search from Chicago
Audry Torrence has been named Executive Vice President, North America, by Stephens Rickard, a worldwide (re)insurance executive recruitment agency. Audry will develop a (re)insurance executive search business for Stephens Rickard in the United States, based near Chicago.
Stephens Rickard was created in 2009 as Stephens International and renamed Stephens Rickard in 2018. Its London and Zurich offices service the worldwide (re)insurance markets. The firm’s ability to serve clients in the United States, Canada, Bermuda, and Latin America has increased as a result of this development into the world’s largest mature (Re)Insurance market.
Audry Torrence is a seasoned property and casualty insurance search specialist who brings to Stephens Rickard a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her professional demeanour and motivated demeanour are a perfect fit for a team that has been providing insurance companies with recruitment services since 2009. Audry will be in charge of the US operation, including client development, search execution, and team building.

Audry has worked for U.S. and London-based search firms, as well as having created and managed her own firm, with over 20 years of expertise in (re)insurance search. She graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has worked in a variety of capacities.
