Strategic leadership Changes At Hub International Set To Propel Growth

Hub International Limited (HUB) has made significant moves in its leadership team, announcing two key appointments designed to strengthen its operations in specialty practices and the Western markets.

Lauren Melzer has joined Hub International as the chief marketing officer for specialty practices, effective immediately. With 16 years of experience in the insurance sector, Melzer is expected to leverage her extensive background in sales, business development, and carrier partnerships to drive innovation and growth within the specialty markets. She will report to Scott Rouzer, senior vice president carrier strategies.

Additionally, Andrew Forchelli will take on the role of executive vice president for Hub California starting January 1, 2025.

Forchelli, who has been with HUB for over a decade, has been described to have a strong track record of strategic direction and leadership. He led the revenue growth in the California region, with HUB seeing a rise of 54% in the region since 2022 under Forchelli’s leadership.

In his new position, Forchelli will oversee the operations of HUB Central & Northern California, HUB Southern California & Utah, and HUB Los Angeles Orange County. He will also continue to lead HUB’s national Entertainment & Sports Specialty practice.

Commenting on his new role, Forchelli said, “Our growth has created new opportunities for both our clients and our team. I aim to continue building on this momentum and further enhance our ability to provide exceptional value in a rapidly evolving industry.”
