Steve Seekings, who most recently was managing director at Saffron Insurance, has made the switch to Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers (ABIB) to serve as a regional manager for the independent broker’s branches in Peterborough and Boston.
“We’re pleased that Steve has joined us; he is hugely experienced and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the group,” ABIB managing director Chris Gibbs said in an emailed release.
“It’s not often that someone of Steve’s caliber becomes available, and we are delighted that he wants to be part of our continuing growth and success.”
Seekings bring more than four decades of insurance industry experience, including time spent at Marsh and Aon, to ABIB.
“Boswells has a great reputation in the industry as an independent broker with a client-first ethos,” commented the new regional manager. “There aren’t many truly independent brokers left now, so the opportunity to join them was one I couldn’t pass up.
“I’ve lived in Peterborough for over 20 years but never worked in the area before, so I’m looking forward to growing relationships with the local community.”
