Verisk, A data analytics provider has decided to take powers on Mavera, a Swedish based InsurTech firm. But currently the amount of it’s takeover is not disclosed as per the reports. This deal leverages Verisk’s expansion in Continental Europe and supports its growth in the fields of technology and analytics partner to the global insurance industry.
Mavera’s team and platform will be working and providing it’s services into the Verisk ecosystem of insurance solutions. The firm noted that the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
On this, the CEO of Mavera, Roine Gabrielsson in an interview said, “Mavera has found a perfect match in Verisk as a digitally-driven company working to add value to the claims process for insurance organizations and policyholders alike.
