Xceedance has named Subramanian Sankaran as its new Global Chief Operating Officer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and accelerating global expansion.
This strategic appointment aligns with Xceedance’s long-term vision to integrate its delivery operations more closely with sustained growth goals. Sankaran brings over three decades of leadership experience across global operations and transformation roles in a wide range of industries, including insurance, healthcare, finance, procurement, and human resources. His career spans senior leadership positions at notable organizations such as Wipro, Accenture, GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, WNS, GE Capital, and Pfizer. He has consistently led high-performing teams and overseen complex client portfolios under diverse market conditions.
The announcement comes as Xceedance continues to advance its service capabilities and technology offerings. In February 2025, the company acquired CIS Claim Services, a U.S.-based provider specializing in property and casualty claims management. The acquisition added over 150 professionals and a network of field adjusters to the Xceedance team, significantly boosting its expertise in litigated claims and alternative dispute resolution.
Additionally, in January, Xceedance entered into a strategic partnership with mea Platform to co-develop generative AI solutions tailored for insurance workflows. The collaboration aims to enhance productivity and efficiency in underwriting and claims processes through scalable, next-generation technology.
These developments underscore Xceedance’s ongoing focus on operational growth and technological innovation to address the evolving needs of the global insurance industry.
