Chedid Re Global Operations, the reinsurance broker network of investment group Chedid Capital, has announced the appointment of Vincent Vandendael as an independent non-executive director. This strategic move underscores Chedid Re’s commitment to strengthening its global corporate governance framework as it continues its expansion into the world’s most prominent and emerging insurance, financial, and regulatory hubs.
Vandendael brings over 30 years of experience in both developed and emerging insurance markets, having worked in major cities such as New York, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and London. His expertise includes strategic geographic expansion and financial management. Vandendael has also served on the boards of leading international organizations and advises various managing general agents.
