Top Workplaces USA offers national-level recognition for large organizations operating in USA, those with more than 150 permanent employees, and those that may have their operations in cross-cultural markets. Several thousand companies within the country were sent invitations for the event, and more than 1,100 companies participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey to be eligible for the award. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are determined based solely on employee feedback and responses gathered through an employee feedback mechanism through a questionnaire, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s evaluative statements, including 15 prominent Cultural indicators that are proven to predict high-performance results against benchmarks.
