WealthTech Innovator Seeds Secures $10M In Series A Funding Round

Seeds, a U.S.-based WealthTech startup revolutionizing how financial advisors engage with clients, has successfully closed a $10 million Series A funding round. The investment was led by global FinTech firm Portage, with continued support from existing backers Social Leverage and Blank Ventures.

Founded in 2020, Seeds delivers a comprehensive, end-to-end platform tailored for registered investment advisors (RIAs). Its technology enables advisors to offer highly personalized, values-aligned investment strategies while streamlining back-office operations. The platform is designed to elevate the client experience from a transactional process to a relationship-driven journey.

The newly secured capital will drive product innovation, accelerate team growth, and support go-to-market initiatives—including the launch of a refreshed brand identity. Seeds aims to elevate its core platform across the entire investment lifecycle, empowering advisors to capture client preferences, deliver personalized proposals, implement strategies, and share insights seamlessly within a unified system.

As part of its expansion, the company has made key hires across product management, development, sales, marketing, and customer success.

This latest round brings Seeds’ total funding to over $15 million.

“The traditional complexities of operations, coupled with rising client expectations for personalized portfolios, create a disconnect that hinders advisor growth. At Seeds, we believe we’re uniquely positioned to bridge this gap—redefining investment management from a transactional, fragmented process into a seamless, future-ready experience for modern advisory firms.”
