European boutique MGA Alta Signa has appointed Cédric Denysiak as its new country manager for France, effective October 1, 2025. The move underscores the firm’s strategy to strengthen its presence in specialty lines within one of Europe’s most competitive insurance markets.
Denysiak brings over 20 years of experience in financial lines and specialty insurance. He joins Alta Signa from WTW in Paris, where he served as client executive for large accounts, and previously held the position of global brokers relationship manager at AIG.
Reflecting on his new role, Denysiak emphasized the rapid evolution of the French specialty market. With increasing regulatory scrutiny on directors’ and officers’ liability, cyber risks, and other financial lines, the demand for tailored, flexible insurance solutions continues to grow.
His appointment comes as MGAs gain wider recognition in France and across Europe for their role in connecting insurers and brokers within specialist lines. As regulatory pressures intensify and client exposures shift, local expertise and technical capability are becoming ever more crucial.
Alta Signa’s latest move highlights its commitment to expanding its footprint in France while addressing the changing needs of clients in a tightening specialty insurance landscape.
