Sima Ruparelia will start as chief actuarial and risk officer at PartnerRe in London on June 27.
Ruparelia was previously chief actuary and portfolio manager for UK, Europe, global speciality, and Talbot at AIG. He is a fellow of the Institute of Faculty of Actuaries and an EY alumnus. Time spent with Equitas and Pinnacle Insurance, as well as Catlin and later XL Catlin, are among the credentials of the incoming PartnerRe executive leadership team member.

“With over 20 years of experience in the P&C (property and casualty) insurance sector and a track record of leading and creating big and complicated pricing and reserving strategies, she is a great fit for this post.”
